25 of 100 Things about J.D. Crow
The following is part 1 of 4 of a list of 100 things about me. Other than this there has been a lot going on with me and I will share in a later post. I hope you all have a wonderful day. Please enjoy:
1. I reside in Las Vegas, NV but I have no real place I like to call home.
2. I was born and half raised in West Texas. I am proud of some of my country roots.
3. I am a lonely heterosexual man.
4. I am a Capricorn, almost to the core most readings are true to my nature.
5. I am both the only child (of my mom and dad) and the baby child. (of both my mom's family that I grew up with and my dad's other daughter that I have never met.)
6. I understand and can sign the alphabet in sign language (but not much else)
7. I almost died at the age of 11 while being operated on for my appendix, it exploded before they cut me open, and had I not been on the table already prepped I wouldn't be typing this.
8. I helped my own father learn how to read when I was 12-13 and later the next year he kicked me out of his house and sent me to live with my mom over a woman.
9. Every job I have had in the past few years I have received a promotion or raise within the first 3-6 months. I still am not happy at what I do even though I am good at it.
10. I finally earned my driver license at the age of 22 and 3 months later, learned to drive a Manual.
11. I have started writing 5 books but haven't gotten past the 1st or 2nd chapter, yet.
12. I learn in a backwards manner. I first attack the complex items learning them quickly and slowly learn the most simple of items.
13. I left home when I was 17, was homeless, enrolled myself into school and received straight A's (maybe one B) and did odd jobs, until I was found out. The school, instead of helping, decided to kick me out. I later received my diploma from Florida, and lost a chance at a scholarship to UC Berkeley.
14. I nearly "disappeared" when I "stumbled" upon Government related information, supposedly that is. I made a deal and never looked back. Not that I did anything, but just in case, you see.
15. I'm an ENFP (Extroverted Intuitive Feeling Perceiving) type on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. [take the test yourself]
16. I used my first computer at the age of 10, it was a Unix Mainframe, the second was an IBM with OS/2 Warp. After that I was introduced to a crappy Mac in Jr. High, then I owned my very own Pentium Machine, that was a whopping 100mhz, 1gb hd, and the fastest 28.8 bit modem. I tell you, I was king.
17. I lost my Virginity at the age of 16 on a stairwell of a Parking Garage, in the middle of the day.
18. I thought I had fallen in love twice.
19. I have lived in roughly 18 different houses and 4 states since I was born.
20. I have 3 tattoos, One on my left arm (tribal), one on my right forearm (kanji meaning "Revolution"), and one on my back between my shoulder-blades (Carpe Noctem meaning seize the night). I have plans for more on both arms, my back and some on my upper thigh. Although I have never been pierced.

21. I was born in the women's bathroom on December 26th, 1982 at 9:05 am at 9lbs 7oz.
22. I own the "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", and "Angel" series on DVD, as well as Autographs from several of the cast members on both shows. I also own the new comic book series for Angel, and am a die-hard fan and am sad that they are both off the air.
23. I have had 3 Personal websites since 1992 and now I have 4 blogs, and I am a co-writer on a 5th since 2004.
24. In highschool I achieved the rank of Cadet Chief Petty Officer and Assistant Commander for the Armed Drill Team in NJROTC. In Theatre was the Ticket Master, the Production Manager, a walk on part, Back stage hand, Lights/Sound Tech for more than a dozen plays, often with multiple jobs at once.
25. According to my friends, I love anything that people keep a secret and have to peruse it.
Peace, Love & (R)evolution

thanks for posting about yourself - I can appreciate how difficult can be to do that.
